More pics on the progress of the "palm tree" china cabinet donated by Debbie.
After some discussion Doug and I thought it might be best to just take the doors off the top hutch part; which would make the interior color more visible, and as Doug said "make it a little more multi purpose"- in other words one could use it for books as easily as china.

Ooh, very nice! I think taking off the doors is a brilliant stroke! It makes it look less dated and dowdy- it looks so fresh and classic now

ReplyDeleteBeing that it was REALLY damaged I am conflicted as to what price to post it at. Mom seems to think it will be harder to sell since it is so large.
