Umm, I don't know for sure, but since Frankie was in Georgia last I heard, and Rita was in New Zealand ( And would have returned to Colorado). I doubt that she means blood- relative. That is not proof positive however since she does visit Georgia on occasion and Frankie DID live in Colorado.-- Just sayin.
