Sorry it cut off the top- we are doing Romans in Sunday School, and I think the difference between Jacob and Esau is that when Jacob was running away because he had deceived his father, and his brother was justifiably mad, he lay down in the wilderness with nothing but a rock at his head, and totally surrendered himself to the mercy of God.
