How very pretty! You said you got two from her, are you going to do them as a set. If so, maybe you could put another French city name on the other one in the same style, say Bordeaux, or Marseille.
Actually, I got 3 tables from Debbie. But the other two are a set of Very small pie-crust tables- completely different from this one. Strangely enough, I was telling Doug that I was kicking myself; after I was all done, I had the inspiration that I could have done this one like a vintage love letter type envelope with a faux address and a cancelled stamp and a postage mark. I think that would have been awesome. Oh well, maybe I will come upon another: cheap, rectangular, low table.
oh, and I added one more picture because I wasn't sure if you could tell from the others that the "A" was actually the Eiffel Tower. I have had a W I D E range of suggestions on how much people think this might go for on Craigs List- what is your guess?
No, I hadn't noticed that the a was actually the Eiffel Tower until you put the last picture up. My best estimate of what it could get would probably be in the $60 range.
The envelope idea sounds really cool- I will have to keep my eye out for small and rectangle too, maybe I could bring one to you if (when!) we see you at some point soon.
I still have not located a rectangular table for my love letter envelope idea yet; But it seems that tables are a bit of a harder sell than dressers and cabinets, so Doug is not in a hurry to bump up my inventory. :(
