Yes, 20% chance of rain normally means rain outside my window too! Yesterday was really cloudy all day, but it did not rain here. So, I hurried outside at 9:30 AM to do some yard work and walk the dogs just to find that the weather actually improved as the day progressed. (Not the Weather Channel's fault though, because they predicted it would not rain until today- I just didn't believe them :(
